Write to the measuring bench

Contact the yard before the paint is mixed

The quickest way to begin is a short message about the boat, the waterfront and the season you have in mind. Skipjack Arts LLC answers every inquiry from the Orem studio, and the same phone line serves the deck and the office.

Questions asked at the bench

Three short answers

Yes for the survey, because the rig cannot be measured honestly from photographs alone. If the boat is far from Orem, we plan a survey trip and fold the travel into the written scope. The painting itself always happens at the studio.

A rigging study print run takes a few weeks, a sail cloth set takes roughly a season, and a commissioned portrait usually runs three to five months depending on drying time. We would rather give you a longer window and keep it than promise a short one and break it.

No. Every assembly is closed for good when the last sheet is pulled, and the closing date is recorded in the studio register. If you missed a run, the yard can discuss a new plate rather than a reprint of the old one.
